Just returned from our Georgia trip, over 3000 miles we traveled in a month and a half. It does feel good to be home after traveling as slow as we could go in order to be able to reach as many people as we could giving away 4500 Round Tuits which declared to them “Let Jesus live in you daily”. Art's brother Vic and wife Sharon had asked Art to re-marry them after their tenth wedding anniversary. We knew we had to be in Reynolds GA by the first week of October, and leaving Blackduck MN. on September 5^th 2012 . We had no clue what we were about to adventure, and of course we already had our own idea's of our schedule and list of events we thought we should attend. The first event was listed on the Internet for a flea market in Cedar Falls Iowa which we hoped to set our two 10x10 tents with gospel banners and our family would do gospel music and in between times we figured would be a good time to hand out Round Tuits, which we had 7500 with us. After arriving a day early, which was a good thing because nobody had ever heard of this flea market because it had closed four years ago due to a lack of interest, we found our self wondering what we should do with the up coming weekend knowing we had twenty some days left before we should arrive in GA. Now realizing we not only needed another way to minister Jesus, but we also needed a place to stay over each night and it needed to be free or our budget would disappear fast. To be totally honest we felt major panic come upon us and felt like failures. A Walmart parking lot was near and we were able to take refuge there for the night and pray fervently about what seemed to be changing. To our surprise, God was tweaking us to minister with the Round Tuits this trip out, and we do believe God will open doors for us at a latter date for the tents and music. As we started Tuiting the people in Walmart, we soon seen God meeting people at their level of need and melt that hardened heart. This simple Tuit doesn't seem like it would change or minister to anyone, but when God ask you to give it away it must be something pretty special to Him. We watched the Holy Spirit at work over so many different people, one gentleman standing in the Pharmacy line misted up with tears and shook my hand and said Thank you over and over and said You will never know how much I needed this! Another man thought he had sinned against God so bad that he could never come back to Him. We were able to explain to him that “REPENT” means to turn away from your sin and come back to God and live for Jesus.. You could just see that man's life change when he heard that God will forgive him and understand clearly why Jesus died for him and made a way to come back to God through faith and repentance. So many more testimonies I could share about God's goodness which was a good reminder that the fields are so ready for harvest!
